Sunday outing with the kids

Chase has 4 weeks to get ready for the Football season to begin. And now that he will be playing the real deal and not flag football he needs work on his strength conditioning on a daily basis. This includes having to do 20 push ups and 20 sit ups on the spot...soooooo, Mike and I went out today and purchased him a dip station under the agreement that he practices every day.. also part of his daily routine includes 3 boost weight gain drinks and I big peanut butter sandwich followed by a Big glass of whole milk right before bed time.

Football tryouts start July 28th everyday from 2:30 to 5:30 and last for two weeks...with his dedication to the sport we are very confidant he will make the team.

After getting a quick bit to eat today we made a speedy stop into the mall and kyle took a spin on the merigo
round..he was all smiles.
Look at those teeth!! great job kyle...

Okay..apparently you can not leave a 6 year old boy alone with a box of fruit roll ups..because he just may eat the whole entire box of them!!!
OK so I was at the other end of the house and all a sudden kyle comes around the corner with what I think a color on his lips that red, yellow blue and red make all together all over his face...needless to say i had to administer pepto-bismol to kyle this afternoon...so a word of advice to mom's of little boys..keep those fruit roll-ups on the top shelf.

Okay...so I'm a new blogger and I'm having a ball with it..this picture was taken this morning right before heading for summer camp..and me work...the weather here in Tennessee was ridiculously hot!!! High 90's...But our mornings are always beautiful....

Did i say the Testosterone is a little high?? Yeah I think so...

Well, lets just say the Testosterone level in my household has over taken the Estrogen...these are my baby boys...well not babies any more. Chase is 11 and getting ready to start 6th grade..oh my gosh am I actually old enough to be a mom to a middle school boy? He has all the little girls chasing after him.....next they will be calling the house and wanting his football Jersey to wear..YIKES. He is a great young man..very lovable, huggable, and must say a handsome lad...to look at.

As for Kyle who is about to turn 6 in a few weeks, has a typical little boys adventurous mind. He is the one who jumps off the the top of the couches and will stand at the top of about 20 stairs and will say "hey mom watch me i can fly!!???" and completely has no fear..well boys will be boys.. Kyle is getting ready to start 1st grade here in a few weeks..We are very excited for that to start. He has made a few buddies and of course with those big blue eyes the little girls like to escort him into school holding his hand... guess they start young here in the South..

"Living in fast forward" could be an under statement for the new life are leading these days. Let me start out by saying a bit about my household. I am a mother of two wonderful boys, Chase 11 and Kyle 5. I have been the wife to my husband Mike for 14 years. I am 36 and not only do I have a full time job raising my little boys but have gone back to work full time....I love my life..ever since I can remember all I wanted was to be a mom and a wife. Needless to say God has completed that part of my Life.

We have just made a major move across state from Michigan, (which is all I have ever known) to a new life in Tennessee. Moving to a different state was never really a part of our plan. Needless to say God had other plans for us. While visiting family in Tennessee I was made a really great offer and needed to act on that away. Two week's later we had all memories packed up and we were on our way.
We have lived here now for almost two years and realize it was the best move for us at the time.

Can't say for sure what God has in mind for us next. We take one day at a time and just go with the flow.

So Welcome to our living in fast forward blog...we hope to keep you all entertained with fun stuff, serious stuff and what ever life throws our way to share with you all ...God Bless!
