Ok, so ever since we made the move to Tennessee we have not gotten to enjoy some of the fun and prettiness when the snow falls. Normally Tennessee gets this kind of weather every 6-7 years. So far we have accumulated about 4 inches and 2 inches of Ice...The difference between a Michigan snow fall like this and a Tennessee is we here in Tn shut down the entire city...like the post offices and banks...pretty crazy ...school was called off a day before this even hit and we are probably looking at another Monday of a snow day until it has completely melted away...When this first happened with 1/2 inch of snow fall a few years back and they shut down schools i remember being livid....and laughing...the mad dash out to the market to stock up on bread and milk. But, i can say that after being here for a big snow fall (for here anyways) i understand the state of frantic that comes over you. The roads here are not used to the crummy weather and we also have no side rails..and lots and lots of curvy roads. I for one do not want to have to worry about the school bus making is safely to school with my kids on it...i cant say i still somewhat don't laugh a little to myself about the panic everyone feels even before its here but I certainly to respect it..

Missing in Action
Okay a bit of an interestoing story>.Now since the boys can pretty much fend for the selves I can be into a project and not really worry about checking on them "as Much". Anyhow I was cleaning out some closets this weekend, ya know out with the old in with the new kinda stuff. In a faint distance I hear a very strange sound coming from a unknown place...As i choose to investigate after calling out both boys name"s and having only chase respond intrigued us both...
Needless to say the end result is kyle tucked himself in the smallest closet possible to play his Portable PlayStation in peace and quite! And there He remained even after we found him for a good hour or so...just goes to show you we all need some peace and quite and lets not forget privacy sometimes...even at age 7.
